I've purchased a diffuser from Hotel Collection on three separate occasions, and let me tell you, it’s been nothing short of a letdown. This review is here to shed light on the many problems I faced, from shoddy product quality to awful customer service.
To start off, the diffuser I got was faulty not just once, but three times! Funny how each issue popped up right after the 30-day warranty was up. It feels like the thing was made to break just after the warranty, making folks shell out for a new one. And yep, I had to fork over cash for each replacement, albeit at a lower price. Still, it’s just not right to pay for a product that keeps failing because of manufacturing issues. It really bums me out to say that even though the scents are nice, my overall experience with Hotel Collection has been downright awful. Their faulty products, combined with terrible customer service and slow shipping, have left me feeling pretty sour. I strongly recommend anyone thinking about buying from Hotel Collection to reconsider and look for other brands that actually value quality, customer satisfaction, and prompt service.
In short, my time with Hotel Collection has been a major letdown. I truly hope this review acts as a heads-up for potential buyers, steering them clear of the hassle and frustration I’ve gone through.

"Total Rip-Off!"
What a total rip-off - I seriously wish I had checked the reviews first.
I made a purchase and covered the taxes and duties, since the site clearly mentions that all taxes are figured out at checkout.
Now, I've been hit with a bill for an extra £126 on top of the £115 I've already forked out. The company is claiming it's my duty to pay this, which is just outrageous customer service.

"Don't fall for the marketing hype."
I really can't recommend this company! Their site and the reviews might look legit, but my experience was a total letdown. I ordered two items just a few days apart. After countless emails over several weeks, the products finally arrived, but to my surprise, they were not what I ordered. To top it off, one of the items completely stopped working. I tried reaching out to them via email, chat, and even Instagram, but got no reply at all. Frustrated with their terrible customer service, I decided to take it up a notch by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and asking my credit card company for a refund.

"Avoid This Company Like the Plague!"
I really recommend steering clear of this company. It's a total scam. They partner with a service named Glopal to grab your cash, but you won't ever get the items you purchased. The contact form on the Hotel Collection site is worthless, and they don’t even have a phone number for customer help. When you attempt to get in touch with Glopal for support, they just send you in circles. I can't emphasize enough how crucial it is to stay away from both this company and Glopal.

"Beware of This Company!"
This place is a total scam! Honestly, it’s been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Their customer service? Absolutely awful. I ordered the Tower diffuser, but they sent it to a totally different city. For weeks, I’ve been trying to fix my address through their online chats, which are just a complete joke. It feels like I’m trying to climb a mountain! A month has gone by, and I still haven’t seen my $400.00 unit. They don’t even have a phone number for help. At this point, I’ve asked for a full refund to my card. I really recommend steering clear of this company! Those Instagram posts from influencers? Just paid ads, folks. I’m going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general in Florida! Any business that lacks a contact number is a huge red flag. I’ve learned my lesson the hard way!

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!"
This place is a total mess! This business is nothing but a fraud. Even though their customer service kept assuring me that my order would be shipped shortly, it just didn’t happen. I never got the item I paid for. When I asked for a refund, it was never taken care of. I ended up having to reach out to my credit card company to recover my funds.
